Multivitamin for dogs?

Ddog has been very ill with haemorrhagic gastroenteritis. He's made a miraculous recovery and is bouncing round like before but he seems very tired after ( reduced) walks.
He's taking Yudigest already.
If he were human I'd be telling him to take a multivit/iron supplement as he was hospitalised for four days.
Is there a good one for dogs?

I don't know whether or not it's needed but AniForte BARF do a good supplement designed to be added to homemade raw diets that contains essential nutrients and vitamins - used to make sure hommade diets are complete. Might be worth a look?

If he’s on a reasonable complete diet then he shouldn’t need one. it’s possible to get problems from over supplementing vitamins.

He's on Millies Wolfheart with occasional added meat or fish. I guess he'll recover in time, but he just looks so run down Sad
