Best doormat for soaking up muddy paws?!

This is such a boring question! 🙈 my 7 month old pup has chewed my old doormats & I want to replace them with something super-absorbent for the winter time, anyone found a good one??

this one is pricey but MIL has it and it is fab

If my house is anything to go by, the best thing for soaking up muddy paws is my bed linen.

That might not help you, though.

We just keep old towels by the door and use those, otherwise the mud just gets everywhere

I've got a Hug mat and a Turtle mat (Google them and the websites will come up). They're very similar tbh. Expensive, but they have quite good sales and mine have lasted 2 years so far with regular washing in the machine.

Another vote for Turtle mats - I have two and going strong after a decade or near enough. That's 4 dogs, two walks a day in mud, grass, streams and anything else that is dirty.
