Hi, I am trying to help my sister who lives a few 100 miles away! She has just got a Patterdale Terrier, on a 3 week trial basis. The dog is renowned for running away and has tried to escape a few times. It also barks when she leaves the room. I recall a tv programme where a female trainer/presenter used clicker training. Can anyone remember it so I can see if it's on youtube? Sis desperately wants the dog, and wants it to work out. It will end up going to a rescue centre if this fails (it's already registered with them, they did all the suitability checks etc) but the dog came direct from the family who want to get rid of it. Thanks.
