Pregnant dog

My dog is 53day pregnant, today she has been sick, it looked like she brought her food back up. She seems fine in herself but should she be sick at this point?

I would suggest calling your veterinary surgery.

Sorry but I agree with getting your dog spayed. So many dogs needing homes. Apologies if this is a rescue though.
