Dog with constipation

Our older dog (age 13) woke up whining this morning at about 6am and when I went downstairs she had been sick, liquid and grass.
She didn’t eat her brekkie this morning and only had a mouthful of dinner this evening. She is drinking water and seeing just fine.
She’s just been out and tried to have a poo and is constipated, it’s obviously annoying her and she’s now lying down in the living room feeling sorry for herself.
Clearly I can’t give her a buscopan, is there anything that I can try to feed her to clear the blockage before I take her to the vets tomorrow

Thanks x

My toy poodle get constipated when his anal glands are full..... he doesn't really do the classic scootching around on the carpet though, could this be a possibility?
