Meal time puzzle.... Solve please?

We have 4 ddogs.
Ddog 1 has her meal in the utility alone. Ddog 2 outside.
Ddogs 3+4 side by side in the kitchen.
Ddog 1 is a pig and would eat x 4 meals if possible -
Food the same as of late (changed a few weeks ago) all loving it.
No change to bowl ownership!
Ddog 2 won't eat her meals. Awaits getting back in and trying to eat 3+4's food.
Tried feeding her in with 3+4 but she just stands next to her full bowl waiting for 3+4 to finish. Usually but not always, a few bits of dry left and she eats that. Doesn't go back to her own bowl.
Bloody mystified tbh!!
Have tried putting her outside and ddog 1in the utility as was original arrangement but still nope. There are 4 water bowls which are shared fine!
Help!!

Could you feed her after everyone else? So she knows there is no other choice?

When the other bowls have been emptied she still won't go back to hers!! Totally weird!

Could you make a little bit of gravy and pour that over to make it more enticing?

Will try! Have tried ignoring and putting the dish away for later and the' oo it's yummy 'scenario!!
They in the kennels tomorrow so maybe a break in her odd routine will be a good thing!

I wonder if she perceives that something about her bowl has changed - could you try feeding her from a totally different bowl (eg washed out takeaway container, whatever is to hand) to see if that makes any difference?

Just put her food into 3 or 4 bowls when they have finished
