Just been cleaning DDogs teeth, he got a bit twitchy at one point, thought there was a bit of food stuck on his gum, got a cotton bud to remove it and he had a hole in his gum - only small but you can see the tooth through it! WTF!
Obviously I'll get him to the vet tomorrow but I'm so worried. He's been completely normal in himself but that has got to hurt hasn't it?
Has anyone come across this before, will he be ok?
