Should I adopt vs buy

Hi,
I have been after a puppy for quite some time now but have not wanted to jump without researching every breed!
I have now done this and have put my name down on a litter.
However yesterday I felt an urge to adopt. All my dogs have been rescues and all have been amazing!
However currently have a rescue from Romania. She adores us, BUT hates everyone else and is petrified of almost everything. She is my mums dog and is waked on private land away from people, perfect for both parties.
Yesterday I put in several applications with several homing places and didn’t expect any come back due to fences etc. But of course I’ve been in contact with a lovely rescue that have the perfect puppy who is just beautiful!
I’m stumped last night when I saw a pic and found out his name I was delighted! It was like a sign from above!
And then I woke up at 5am wondering if I’m making the right choice? This little boy I’m looking at is also from Romania so I am skeptical about it’s temperament. Obviously he’s a complete mix and no idea of what.
I’m in tears over this I just don’t know the answer. Do I adopt and give the guy a chance or do I go for what I know?!

No guarantee of temperament with a bred dog

Get the rescue
He needs you

Does your other rescue live with you or your Mum?

Well I'm always in the adopt don't shop camp. I have 2 rescues. One is from abroad and isn't easy but I wouldn't change her for anything.

In your position I'd look to adopt a puppy from UK. Many tears usually have some as they're nationwide and take on littler that abhorrent breeders have dumped.
