How do I get rid of god wee smell?

Hi everyone,
I have a really pervasive dog wee smell in my living room carpet. I've tried zoflora and plenty of scrubbing and a pet accident specialist product and it still stinks!

What's the best way to get rid of the smell?

Your problem might be that it's got into the underlay? Can you lift the carpet in anyway?

Other things to try is sprinkle the area with baking soda, leave for a bit then spray with white vinegar, rub in and leave to dry before hoovering.

Pet cleaner with enzymes?

I got a spray from pets at home for around £6, it's a pets at home on brand one in a blue bottle. It smells of baby powder when you spray it and it's fantastic, used it when we were house training our puppy

Vanish Gold Carpet Cleaner Foam

It removes stains and odours.

I really rate the Dr Beckman's carpet stain remover. It shifted a very unpleasant dog related stain on my carpet.

Holy water?
I use lots of plain water, then Vanish followed by non bio washing liquid. Seemed to work but also bought a pet stain spray just in case it happens again.

You need some Piss Off (don't blame me, it's Norwegian)...

What you need is “Simple Solution”. It’s an enzymatic cleaner - works on wee and poo - even kids vomit. I get mine from a Pets Corner, also at Pets at Home.
