Weeing in the house.

My dog has started weeing in the house-mainly the kitchen and hallway- over the past few months. He'll probably wet on average once during the day and then from about 5pm onwards between 4 and 6 times! I walk him and let/boot lol him out in the garden frequently, but I've noticed often he'll come in from the garden/walk and within 20 minutes have made a puddle. He seems fine in every other way, so I don't want to be dragging him to the vet unnecessarily because he hates going and I hate paying haha,so I thought I'd ask advice on here first. He's 15 years old so could it be just an age thing. Any advice welcome. Thank you.

Poor old thing may have kidney problems. You should really take him to a vet.

Defo see a vet. Frequent urination could be a sign of underlying illness
