Stop 12month old dog scratching?

Hey

Our 12 month old Frenchie is an absolute nightmare with scratching/biting doors and door frames! Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions how to stop this? He seemed to stop after about 6 months but now it's worse then ever 😭😭

Any advice would be appreciated!
