Puppy forgot how to sit?

Our 9 week old lab puppy learnt to sit 2 days ago and has been sitting well but today she seems to have forgotten and doesn’t do it without a lure anymore. Is this normal?

Pretty normal. Rinse and repeat the training - lots of very very short sessions spread throughout the day are better than one long session.
