GRAPHIC!! dog has just been sick

My 6 month old puppy has just vomited this😳
I’m currently in the states with work, about to set off for the airport to head home and my DH has sent me this picture.
He says it’s doesnt smell of anything and pup seems fine?
He had his dinner ( mix of dry and wet) 2 hours before this and has been at doggy day care today so unsure if he’s managed to eat something he shouldn’t.
Would you take him to the vets?

Looks like regurgitatation.
My dog has done this before as a youngster.
Usually from eating too fast.

If it happens again I would take him to the vet but otherwise probably not.

Looks like a tampon

If hes fine, then I wouldn't bother with the vets.
Dogs will throw up quite often, sometimes just bile, sometimes food they have eaten too quick, sometimes grass etc. Nothing to worry about at this point.

Looks like he's sicked up his food!
