so , there's dry food and wet / tinned food but then... mixer . whats that then ?
ddog was on dry lilys kitchen until diagnosed with urinary crystals , then went on prescription food for 8 weeks . Now hes fixed and can resume normal food . I know wet food is better for those prone to crystals . so , i was thinking either wet food alone or wet and dry 1/2 and 1/2 . but whats the crack with these mixer biscuits i've seen ?

Mixer biscuits aren't complete I don't think so would need other foods to help get the full balance of nutrients.

Go onto a site called
www.allaboutdogfood.com
I researched like car,y for the best quality dog food I could afford. I ended up with a British grain free 80/20 dog food that as a 5/5 top rated food and it costs less a day then many big brands which are actually full of rubbish. You can put in the weight of your dog and age of your dog and cross reference ingredients. It gives you a complete breakdown of all ingredients and allergens. My food is from weaning to old age so I don't have to change it.
Good luck it's a minefield. Don't believe adverts or Vets, do your own research.
