My son has just entered first agility comp!!

So we have a cavapoochon who is almost three he is mainly the responsibility of my eldest who is 18, but the other 4 DS's adore him! Eldest DC has autism among other MH problems, such as C-PTSD and has had a tough year but are DDog has been there supporting throughout as a way to bond, train the dog and have a place to run around (for both of them!) they started agility togther a year and a half ago they both love it and hes fianly mustered the confidence to enter a show!! Its a small one, but i couldnt be more proud! I cant belive im going towatch though!
Any advice or tips?

If he trains with a club and club members are going they will show him the ropes.

Do not let him worry about anything I can assure you that it has happened before!

Be prepared for the dog to behave a little different at the show so again just competing is amazing. Make sure he looks at the positives on every run.

But most importantly enjoy it - make sure he has fun with his dog and the dog leave happy

Really sorry if he does get the bug you will be getting up at 5.30 every weekend from now on
