Recommendations for indestructible toys

I have a 7 month old sprocker who loves to chew! Any toys we have bought him are destroyed in minutes! He has a kong which has lasted the distance but that's about it. Even rope toys don't last long! Please can someone recommend some toys for him?

We’ve had deer antler for our Lab which last a while as he’s got teeth like stone and can chew through anything. The other one we’ve had which I highly recommend is buffalo horn. I found it in the pet section of our garden centre. Smells a little bit but has absolutely lasted him for ages.

The horns are good. My labradoodle has not managed to destroy anything made by Kong and likes the odd tennis ball. I found a soft toy which was said to be indistructable,it wasn’t but it did keep him very quite for a long time before I had to throw it out.

A block of a coffee wood is still going strong in our house and the B&M snake which was £2.99 and has held quite a beating!

The hard chuckit balls and west paws zogoflex toys are the only ones that survive in our household.

Another vote for the zogoflex! They replace it if it breaks, and they recycle 👍

I also buy some toys I intend to be destroyed - poundland rope toys and charity shop stuffed toys (eyes etc removed) being two key examples.

Chewroot, Kong traxx, b&m snake, chuck it ultra balls, and happy pet tough toy frame ball.
I freeze pureed pumpkin in an ice cube tray and put the cube in the traxx which he really enjoys.
I bought some things from Millies Wolfheart and the whistle blower lasts a short while but a bit sticky/slimey.

I just bought him a snuffle mat and supervised him sniffing out his kibble. Apparently 15 mins of sniffing uses up the same calories as an hour's walk (seems too good to be true) but he seems pretty tired afterwards. Might be a good alternative to chew toys...if he starts to chew it up then use the time for some self control training. Also make him wait as you refill it (so don't put too much on it at once).

Feeder toys are great for puppies; really tires them out making them work for food. Mine loved the kong wobble, although listening to it being hammered around the kitchen for 10 minutes at 6am isn't great!

giftsonthebrain I have never seen anyone else mention zogoflex but they are great. Mine loves throwing them about and carries them everywhere.

The Wobbler is great. We like the Bob-A-Lot too but the cap gets chewed up pretty quickly...even though he's supervised with it. The Trixie dog activity ball is good too....barely a mark on it.
When we first got our pup he was trying to chew the skirting boards and the walls but nowadays he is pretty good at sticking to his toys and we use feeder toys for his meals interspersed with mini training sessions which keeps the destructive chewing at bay. Counter surfing is a whole other issue though!

Buster balls have been a godsend for my two. Those and some big roots and they're happy

I would highly recommend boomer balls, they are tough and will wear your dog out chasing it around. My staffy X loves it. It's really good value for money too so far because he can't get his teeth into it 2 years
