Any website recommendations for doggy jumpers?

I have a teeny tiny Chihuahua who struggles in the cold. It is almost impossible to find jumpers small enough to fit her and my only option so far has been ordering from China, but they are often poor quality. Does anyone know of any good websites that does dog jumpers in teeny sizes?

Failing that, Dorset Dog Togs do made to measure coats at reasonable prices. Some people knit their own, though that's obviously no good in the rain!
