Following on from another thread where everyone was so helpful, can I ask about BMD? My vet recommend it for extra stimulation for my puppy. I’d be nervous about handing over my lovely boy to strangers. Has anyone used it?

Personally all the dogs I take care of, I spent time with their owners first to ensure it was a match . I have met some people through it who I wouldn’t want to dog sit for too and that’s equally ok.

Thanks. That’s encouraging. Our friends use it and are really happy. I wouldn’t let anyone take him until I got to know them.

I know two people who use it. They both love dogs but can't have one and so they walk dogs and dog sit through borrow my doggy. It seems to work well for them

Can you tell me more about borrow my doggy. We are in a really difficult position of considering rehoming our dog because for a range of reasons it is really difficult for us to walk her often enough. I’m worried about the liability side of things if something were to go wrong. Our dog is super friendly but I worry if she was to jump up at someone etc.
