Hi all. Our wonderful 2 year old sprocker is currently in a specialist animal hospital after becoming increasingly paralysed in all of his limbs this week. Our vet initially thought he had a slipped disc but after a neurologist examined him he suspected either polyradiculoneuritis or Myaesthenia Gravis. The neurologist tested for Myaesthenia Gravis last night which came back negative so currently we are thinking polyradiculoneuritis. How he has contracted this (if that's what it is) we aren't sure yet. Have been doing some research and the prognosis seems positive generally but I was wondering if anyone has any experience in looking after a dog in recovery from this or anything similar? Thanks
