Cleaning dog bile off carpet

My beautiful lurched barked his last bark 2 days ago. Before he died, he vomited lots of times round the house, mostly yellow bile, and it's on my new wool mix carpet!
I thought I'd cleaned it, but it's actually stained. I've used a carpet shampoo but it's still there. Any suggestions on what I can do to remove it?

Im so sorry. Our dog is sick a lot. We use vanish carpet foam rub it in vigorously until the bubbles are gone then hoover when dry, it's never failed yet
