Any vets/ vet nurses about please? Infection?

Took my pup for her 1st injection last week.

I noticed some yellow discharge from her vagina And the vet said it was probably just 'normal puppy stuff.

She prescribed synolux (sp?) twice a day for a week.

Week has ended and she's still like this. It's weeping enough to get all over her legs.

I don't even really LIKE the vet I went to but they were the only one local who had an appointment for her vaccines that day

Does she need to go back? Can I take her to a DIFFERENT vet with the medication she was prescribed?

I read that yellow discharge is normal in puppies and it usually clears up itself??

PS I do clean her up every morning, so this is 24hrs worth

Any ideas why the antibiotics did absolutely nothing?

Next appointment is Saturday :/
