Rehoming my dog advice

I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier who will be 6 at Christmas. I've had her for 2 and a half years as I adopted her from someone who didn't want her. She needs lots of attention and cries when she is left alone, she is also aggressive with other animals. Despite that I love her she's my best friend. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances I have to move house and the new flat won't allow dogs. I don't know whether she will take well to be rehomed again and with how aggressive she is with other dogs I don't know if rescue centres will take her. Do you think it would be kinder to have her put down. It breaks my heart but what does everyone else think? Please help

Have you already selected a flat? Because the obvious thing to do would be to find a place that accepts dogs. I think you would have trouble rehoming your dog.

I've just managed to find a rented flat that will accept my dog - I actually had the choice of several. The alternative is to rent a flat that doesn't have permission to have a dog and accept that there's a good chance you'll be evicted after the fixed term is up.

I would suggest that some more house hunting would be the best way forward.

Would you like to be pointed in the direction of a good quality behaviourist who can help you with your dog's issues?
