Raw food companies which deliver

We’ve had a couple of disastrous deliveries from Natural Instinct with Parcel Force delivering to a neighbour (different ones) when we’ve been in but not putting a card through the door Hmm

By the time the neighbours have told us we’ve got a delivery, the food’s been defrosted and it’s all been rather revolting...

Can anyone recommend a raw food company with rather more reliable deliveries please?

Wolf Tucker are fantastic - they give you your delivery time within an hour. Have used them for 6 months now and found them 100% reliable. And they give you points that get you money off.

It's not raw (it's frozen home cooked) but I get Butternut Box delivered periodically and it comes via DPD who have been great, so I'd look for a raw supplier that uses DPD.

I get mine from They Love It. Been using them for few years now, they just leave the boxes in my designated safe space and never had a problem with them.

was going to suggest natural instincts

Ocado do frozen raw dog food. I used to use to avoid your situation.

Nature’s Menu. They don’t use couriers, they deliver themselves on a set day/slot. The delivery guy even carries it all (I buy bulk a few times a year) right down the end of the garden and puts it in my shed freezerGrin, brilliant!

Another vote for Nature's Menu, fantastic delivery service.
My 2 large dogs need a lot of food and a big plus for me is that there's so much less packaging than other companies I've used.
If I'm not in they put it in the freezer in the garage and take the boxes away.
I was with Nutriment for ages until I got fed up with all the hassle involved in unpacking from the chill boxes and having to get rid of huge amounts of styrofoam and cardboard.

Thank you for the suggestions, that’s very helpful Smile

We use Nature's Menu.

Lordofmyflies · 20/09/2018 21:20

I use bella and duke. it comes frozen wrapped in wool fibre, the tubs go straight in freezer and I defrost as needed.

Bulmers. Much cheaper as not a complete food, just meat and bone. A third of the price of Nutriment which we were using previously. I know they deliver, but not sure how much that costs. Give them a call - they're really helpful. www.bulmerdogfood.co.uk/frozen-meat-products/
