Damp fur around top of legs with musky smell, what to do?

This was at bed time last night it’s never happened before but I’m guessing it’s glands. there was an episode a while ago where she was scooting and licking her bits so got her and appointment to get her glands emptied then but she hasn’t done any of this This week, but should I still try to ring and get her appointment today
