Puppy diarrhoea

My 9 week old puppy has had diarrhoea for 24 hours. It's probably diet related and she had a once over at the vet on Wednesday morning. She has her appointment for second vaccination on Monday. She's perky enough and drinking/weeing ok. Should I be worried?

In a puppy that young I would be going back to the vet I'm afraid. They can get dehydrated really quickly and dehydration in young dogs can be lethal very quickly.

Ok. I'll take her today. Thanks very much.

diarrhoea for 24 hours

As this has been going on for 24 hours I would be phoning my vets for an appointment/advice.

Phew, glad she's okay Grin

Glad she's ok. We have usually needed antibiotics so always worth getting a check up when they are very young.
