Bee sting - scary stuff

Badlypup just got stung on her paw and must have then swallowed the sting. The last ten minutes have been terrifying. She went completely bonkers scratching at her face and the lay flat on the floor panting and unresponsive. Thankfully she seems ok now but why oh why was 9:30 on a Sunday the time todo that! I have aged.

Your poor pup and how worrying. Glad she's coming out of it. The timing if life's events is never timely!

She’s now curled up on my feet without a care in the world.

My puppy did that and had to be rushed to the vets it was terrifying. She still chases them round now 🙈 despite nearly dying last time.

If the vets were open I would have taken her. It was so scary to see her like that.

I was hoping she wouldn’t chase them anymore.

I had a dog that used to eat bees for fun! She never had any ill effects thankfully. Glad your dog is ok.

She’s wired again now - think this could be a long night.

My dog once swallowed a bee which sting her windpipe. Queue emergency rush to vets and required various drips to reduce the swelling. Not ideal!

Badly pup seems Okish this morning has eaten half her breakfast but mostly just seems shattered. Hopefully she’ll perk up soon.
