Hi, I would love to take my boy to the beach sometime next week if it's not too hot. Can anyone recommend a dog-friendly sandy beach on the south coast (I'm on the Berks/Oxon border)? We do prefer beaches that are off the beaten track and not too busy (will be going on a weekday). I'm not too familiar with beaches in the UK but do remember being taken to one in (West?) Sussex that was very pretty.
Also, as we plan to make a day of it any tips would be really helpful. Have already ordered a dog tent on Amazon.
