Because she's a lovely soul. And for me, the perfect dog! She's fun and playful, but also independent. She loves a trip out, but doesn't need one. She's great with kids, and checks on my little daughter, although she's still a baby herself. She's clever, but doesn't need a job. She's protective, but seems to pick up signals when things are fine. All of this is from a recently-homed feral street dog. We're so lucky to have her! (Ok, she has occasionally eaten my neighbour's flip flops....Nobody is totally perfect...also snores)
