Local Canine behaviourist

I have tried the CCAB and the ABTC and the APBC registers and I can't find a local canine behaviour expert. Are there registers that I have missed?
I am in Deepest South West Cornwall the closest I can find is in Launston which is a good 45 minutes from us on a good day in winter..
There appear to be a few others but when i checked the websites and emailed them they tell me that they have moved out of county.

I know they can give a remote consultation but if I'm going to fork out £75 I'd like them to actually meet the dog.

I do have an appointment with the local dog trainer which will help but I'd like some advice from an expert with regards getting our nervous boy neutered and I don't particularly trust our registered vet practice.

I would initially contact her re training issues with a nervous dog. It may be that will cover what you need to know. Let her decide if it is behavioural.

I would not charge you behavioural rate for question about nervous and castration (for us this is pretty run of the mill stuff)

Thanks, I’ll do that. I am fairly confident with training my dogs. But this is a new boy I have adopted due to behaviour problems (nervousness not aggression) in his old home. I’m finding his problems fairly mild but it’s early days and I don’t want to screw things up.
