Dog keeps messing in her crate & kitchen

Hi

I have 2 dogs from the same litter. They are half Springer Spaniel, quarter Jack Russell, quarter Patterdale. Both bitches, turn 2 on the 4th July.

One dog, Leia, has anxiety issues, but for what I’m asking about, is absolutely fine.

Never wees in the house, can hold it for hours.

Skye however is another story.
She poos in her crate regularly. When ever we leave them, can be for 45 minutes or 5 hours (the longest they are left), & she will wee and/or poo in the kitchen.

They are in their crates overnight, purely because we thought this would stop her doing it. Apparently they don’t poo where they sleep, she has no issue. She has been known to eat her own poo, so I really don’t think she’s bothered about sleeping with it.

She even wee’d on the porch floor, inside the open front door right in front of me yesterday. She only had to move a foot to the right & she’d have been outside!

I was going to take her to the vets, but then we went on holiday. The owner of the kennels said she didn’t do it once. So I reckon it’s not medical. But if it’s seperation anxiety, then wouldn’t it have been even worse at the kennels?

Any ideas, please?
