My brother has a Jack Russell type tri-paw. She's a rescue and missing a front leg too.

It's amazing how well they can still do things isn't it. His little tri-paw can spring 4-5ft in the air! The only thing it stops her doing is chasing tennis balls - she falls flat on her face, bless her. She's fine with footballs though.

My in laws used to - he was about 8 when he lost an argument with a 4x4 and his leg. He lived until he was 18 and did remarkably well! The only thing he couldn’t do was cock his leg - took him a while to get used to having to squat and sometimes he’d forget and fall over, bless him!

Nope, but I've got a one eyed rescue cat, does that count?
