How to remove dog smell from our settee

We have 2 dogs that sleep on our settee. I have scrubbed it with washing liquid and sprinkled it with baking powder but it still smells? Any other tips please as we are hoping to put our house on the market and it will definitely put people off! Thank you

Bleach, febreeze, other products that say they can remove odours. Not sure if bleach would damage sofa but I would try all the cleaning stuff you have at it

Probably the best thing is to get it professionally cleaned? I had this done once and wasn’t as expensive as I thought. And after you do that get quite a few throws. Ours sleep on our kitchen sofa which is covered in throws and goes in the washing machine once a week!

Odd one but works: sprinkle with ground coffee or baking soda, leave for more or less 20- 30 minutes & hoover. They act as odour neutralizes, are cheap, easy available and don't have nasty chemicals.

Febreze works well. I spray it on the sofa when we go to bed and it then has all night to do it’s stuff!
