Missing Clumber Spaniel, please share, bring Max home!

I know this is a longshot but as MN reaches far and wide please see if you can help.

The pictures attached are of Max, a stunning Clumber Spaniel bred in the UK by my parents. He's 10 months old and has only just gone to his forever home in the US four weeks a go. He was allowed to escape by his dog sitter on 7th April in Goose Creek, South Carolina. We are all desperately worried and want to see him home safe with his mom Kara. My dad is flying out tomorrow to help with the search in the hope that a familiar voice/person will help him come home.

Please please please share. The more we get his details out there, the more likely he'll be spotted.
