Trying to transfer keepership of my dog to me, I go through the process and when I click ‘Go’ to (I presume) pay the £17 for the full benefits package, the page just refreshes and doesn’t go anywhere. Tried on the laptop, iPad AND phone so it’s not my device, it’s their website! How the heck am I supposed to complete the transfer now?!
