Can anyone tell me what this lump is?

3 year old labradoodle. Small red lump on lower left front leg.

I'm minded to go to the vet.

It looks like a blister or burn to me but I would absolutely be going to the vet with that.

Go to vets, not to scare you but alabama rot is rife at the moment and I'm worrying constantly about it.

It starts as red blisters/sores on their paws

That's a vet job - possibly a histiocytoma but need to rule out the scary stuff.
