I'm adopting a dog and we're picking her up this week, I don't like her name ( think princess/angel/cutie pie) and would like to change it, my other two are rescues too and I changed their names too which was fine with a bit of training

I think I'm swaying towards Dot/Dotty... it goes well with other names and I can imagine calling it out when I take her for a walk. I'll decide when she's here though.

Agree with pp she definitely needs a 'don't mess with me' name, can just imagine her with her front legs crossed hoiking up her boobs.

My brother's little pup is called dotty - she gets called Dorothy when getting told off for humping my doorstop though!!

She's here! She was a bit wary of the other dogs at first but she's settled in quickly and they've all been getting on wellnot sure if I will change her name now, it suits her, doesnt go with the others but I've got used to calling her it already!
