Missing dog - unwell owner East London

Please see attached picture. A long shot but I am sharing this leaflet in any way that I can.
The young Yorkie was taken from Colombia Road, London E2
The owner is very unwell and really struggling without his dog. If anyone has any information at all.

Also, has the owner contacted the dog warden - all found dogs have, by law, to be reported to the dog warden? Unfortunately it is now 10 days and the warden only has to keep them 7 days then can rehome. I've looked on doglost but there were no yorkies listed as found since 5/3/18 that fit the description. Still advise posting it on doglost as the local volunteers can help poster and look and have excellent advice to give.
