Lucy's Law - "ban the sale of puppies from 3rd party sellers"

Not sure if this has already been shared on here; but if you have a moment please sign this petition

It would not only help to prevent poorly pups being sold, but would go some way to help stop so many dogs (who are used to breed from) being kept in appallingly bad conditions
