We are in a red warning zone and have two small kids. Dogs haven't been walked yesterday and today! Had a prance round in snow though. Feel really sad for them.

The Sleighthounds loved the snow - one of them spent more time bouncing on 2 legs than four for most of our walk!
I worried about them zooming on the frozen ground though. It was like iron.
It’s melting away round here though so it’s back to the mud I guess.

Our Lab loves the snow. Here she is digging in it.

Dopey Cocker trying to catch a snowball as if it were a tennis ball. Put a coat on him but was neither use nor ornament.

My dog is of the 'backing away from the door in disgust' variety. We did a deal- if I stay on the bed, he will too. It was scuppered when DS2 needed collecting from school- dog insisted on a walk as I'd got up and dressed.

Walked as normal, but biggish dogs and the snow isn't, too bad here.
Wrapped up warm though in fleece lined coats.

Ddog enjoyed the snow at first but it has coincided with a bad tummy so no walks for her and this morning she tried to clean her own butt in the snow Confused so I think another lazy day for her although last night she was bouncing around wanting to play.

With deeper snow and no blasting wind we finally got out in it for a walk!

Struggled with walking Appledog until today as DS has been ill, I'm not very good at walking on icy pavements and can't get car out. However we've had a great time playing chase and fetch out in the garden. Appledog has been going to the back food and barking (normally his toilet signal) every half hour just do he can get out in the snow.
