Will I get 2 dogs in the back of an Audi A3?

One of them is a Labrador; will he be too tall to sit properly?

I had two gsd in an Audi A3 5 door for years with no issues. Both could sit fine

I only had one large dog (Old English Sheepdog) in the back of my 2-door A3 Cabriolet, but she loved it and had plenty of room (we always called it her kennel!), so I think 2 would fit in fine. If I had the roof down, I used to loop the lead round the gear stick in case she thought about jumping out.
