How long should a puppy sleep?

11 week old puppy. She will sleep 8 hours through at night but the rest of the day maybe averages three hours in little naps. Rarely sleeps in her crate or bed, will sleep longer when being held but that's not practical all the time! It doesn't seem enough to me. Our other dog who's 6 now used to sleep a lot more as a puppy I'm sure.
Any ideas to make her sleep more? Or if she doesn't want to sleep much is that okay too?

Sounds pretty normal to me

Short sleep = sudden burst of energy when they wake up! This is what puppies do, they have so much energy for such little fluff balls

As she gets older her body will soon fall into a routine. My pup always had energy no matter what I did with her. She’s now 1.

Honestly she sounds pretty normal to me. The world is new and exciting for her, she hasn’t got time to sleep
