Do female dogs mark territory? She's been done..but we walk the same place every day.shes recently started squeezing out drops of wee all over the grass.when normally only one wee..so at first I thought bladder problems.but at home she just does normal huge wees.no squeezeing out tiny drops at home.sometimes she stands in the middle of the grass and just barks at ..nothing..possibly the wind..she's very sociable as well ,lovely natured with dogs and people..not worried ,just curious..any ideas anyone?

Yes, they do. It's less marking territory and more advertising/communicating with nearby dogs but they mark. Some more than others - we have a JRT that will mark several times during a walk (she's spayed also).

What sort of communication...just like hello I'm here..or a more mating type?

Your guess is as good as mine Grin but I suspect a bit of both...
