I wasn’t sure where to put this, but I just wanted to share an article in The Times today by Jojo Moyes on her rescue Pyrenean mountain dog here. What a lovely lady!

There’s a wonderful bit where she overhears her husband, not usually the most expressive of men, saying to the dog: “ don’t you want any breakfast? No? Well, how about I grate some Parmesan on it?”

Worth seeking out and reading - I think it's online without charge if you search. Wonderful story - an almost hopeless scenario of a huge 7 year old dog - who would want it? But what a difference they have made to each other's lives!
