so tonight we were sitting revising with DD1 and the retriever came over to us and tapped his foot 3 or 4 times. Had a good luck for splinters, no sign of anything, he doesn't flinch when you handle it. So DD1 shouted him for a biscuit and he ran off fine. 5 minutes later he comes into the kitchen and stood next to me tapping his foot again, looking a bit sad. How odd this sounds, anyone any ideas of what could be going on?
