Car sickness

My 14 week old shitzu hates the car and has been sick quite often. I'm hoping ito something that will be outgrown although a friend says maybe not?

My dog outgrew this - he was sick every time for the first few weeks, but fine ever since. It seemed to improve when he was big enough for a seatbelt harness (prior to that we had been putting him in a carrier, strapped in) - once we started doing that, he just went to sleep on the back seat.

They outgrow it but in the meantime there's some absolutely bloody brilliant travel sickness tablets for dogs on Amazon. We couldn't even drive to the park without ours throwing up but the tablets immediately sorted it. I'll try to find a link, hang on...
