A few weeks ago as I was throwing a toy for him, I bent down to pick it up to throw and he ran full pelt into my face. Now he's not a little dog.... he's a weimaraner and about 35kg+ strong...solid....FAST!!! I ended up with a bust lip, chipped tooth and bruises all over my face.
Then there was the snow and ice.... the snow wasnt too bad but the ice....OMG the ice!! We went for a walk and the paths had iced over in places. Dog loved it....running and sliding (giving me a heart attack thinking he was going to hurt himself) then it came to a hill....I was taking it slowly, trying to step on the patches that hadnt iced over.... dog thinks this is obviously a game and keeps running past me...missing me by cm....down I went....though on the plus side I didn't slip down the hill next to the path into a stream!!! (though I nearly did lol)
Now today....We're on a usual walk and one of the paths has flooded. Someone has obviously been that way during the "flood" and put wooden planks and stones in the puddle to use as stepping stones. FAB I thought, I don't have to walk all the way back to the main road and can use the stepping stones. If it's not bad enough the dog running full pelt through the puddle and splashing me, I got onto the middle stepping stone (well wooden plank) and he stopped.... pulled the plank out from under me and ran off with it!!!
I think I should have a camera follow me around constantly because this dog would make me a fortune on you've been framed!!!
