Dry dog food

I know it's a subject that's done quite often but I am looking for recommendations on dry dog food.
I have a large lurcher & a small JRT,used Tails for a while last year but read on here about how it's not really very nutritional so,on recommendation from a friend,I swapped to Skylos (which is grain free).
I am fairly happy with it,but dogs seem hungrier on it (even when I've upped the amount),the lurcher seems especially,MORE hungrier than normal and yes, I know what lurchers are like!! So was wondering if a swap to a meat & grain dry food would fill them up more.
Have looked at past dog food threads & James Well Beloved looks a favourite.

Just looking at different one now & wondering if I should feed them separate foods?
E.g JWB suggest Surf & Turf, Salmon & Veg, Countryside and Obedience mix for the JRT and Duck & veg, Utility, Gundog, Pork & Veg and Agility for the lurcher.
So maybe I need to buy two different bags?!

Barking Heads. It's really really good stuff. My doggo loves the lamb variety the best.

Arden Grange is good too. If you're loaded you could always try Orijen, but it's soooooooo pricy.

My woofer inhaled it when i tried it. Makes him fart up a storm though, so I went with Barking Heads.

JRT came to us as an unwanted pet & was on Barking Heads,so was thinking I might put her back on that & find a different one for the lurcher.
Berriewood wholesale looks good Battle,I could get two different ones delivered,that would help.

They also do free delivery for orders over £40 I think. I used to use zooplus, but find I get better deals at Berriewood and their delivery is much faster.

All About Dog food is a useful website, particularly for helping you find dog foods that are nutritionally excellent and sensibly priced because they don't put all the money into marketing it.

I could make numerous recommendations. However, what jumps out is that you say the dogs seem hungrier since switching to a grain-free diet.
I wouldn't advocate switching back to grain, as all it is is a filler.
If your 2 haven't lost weight since changing over, I would stick with Skylos (it isn't the best grain-free on the market, but, from what I've seen it's by no means the worst) and look at adding "bulk" yourself in the form of veg or boiled rice (if they'll eat it).
If they have lost weight, then it could be that you need to increase the amount they are fed first and if it doesn't work get them vet-checked before looking at changing the food.
If you really do want to change their food, then, I would suggest looking at something like Eden. If you are determined to go back to a food with grain, then try Lukullus

Grain free didn't work for our two. They gained weight but seemed starving and it massively increased the amount they poo'd. The fillers fill them so it is likely you'll have to add something.

My lurcher is on Barking Heads, the fish one or the lamb. The lamb isn't grain-free as it contains oats, but no wheat or barley so seems to suit her.

Fish4Dogs kibble is good, I use that as treats and in his puzzle toys.

If feeding kibble for meals... please, please soak it before feeding! SO hard on their kidneys otherwise.

My JRT says dry food isn't food, no matter how much we pay for it.
