Help with puppy name please

Hi all, we collect our Rhodesian ridgeback puppy in early/mid Feb. It’s a boy and he’ll be a black nosed version.

So far we have Rufus and that’s about it. DH is keen on having an African name but I’ve heard none that I like so far.
Kids have given a variety of names but none of us can agree on any one of them. We meet him just after NY so it’s highly possible that he won’t suit what we choose anyway; it would be good to have a couple more options, African or otherwise.

Any suggestions?

Cheese we’re in East Anglia. Jasper looks lovely though....terrible teens?!

Ooh we're in Norfolk shush, yeah I think so. It's not been helped by the vast amount of turkey and sausages in the kitchen!!

On our list before we saw him was bunga, simba and a few other African names.

This was jasper in the summer he's now 25kg!!

Aww....v cute indeed. We’re getting him from a breeder in Bristol but he’s not even 5 weeks old yet and we have yet to make a choice from 2 of the boys. They’re so young that their faces look like crumpled up little old men

I promise to send a piccie once I have one which doesn’t make him (the final choice) look like Gandalf.

Ok, we have liftoff with the name. We met the little woofer today and he suits Albie; a suggestion by dd2 in the car on the way home! Collection in Feb and now excited and worried in equal measure.
