Poorly Dog

My 2 yo old bitch has a bit of an upset tum. Yesterday was sick so went 12 hours no food then some recovery food from the pet shop, she seemed fine but I gave her chicken and rice for dinner today and she has just puked it up and done a semi runny poo...
should I leave her with just water until tomorrow lunchtime and then give her more chicken/rice or shall I whiz her to the vet in the morning?

She's drinking plenty (not more than normal) and is ok in herself- sleeping, playing and do on.

Any advice appreciated.

Is she getting better or worse?

The thing that would make me nervous is Christmas and finding a vet over the next couple of days if she goes downhill. All vets have 24/7 emergency cover, typically at another practice, but they'll charge an arm and a leg.

Well she was better then she pooed and sicked last night after chicken and rice. Again this morning but less so - still drinking and playing. I'm thinking that either way I'll get a massive call out charge now so I might wait and see how she goes today with no food.
