How often do you give your dog fresh water?

Because I swear I do it about 20 times a day. Mine will drink any dirty crap outside from muddy puddles, but if it’s been sitting in his bowl for more than about 5 minutes he’ll turn his nose up at it.

Strange beast.

Mine like the water from the see-saw but I change their bowl twice a day in winter & three or four times in summer. They both like drinking from the bowl as I'm running the tap which results in wet heads. They have a bowl in the house that's changed morning & night too but I've never seen either of them use it.

Mine is shared by two cats (the cats have their own bowl but seem to prefer the dog's) and changed at least twice a day, more in hot weather. I

Ours has a fresh bowl in the morning, then its topped up when its empty...usually its refilled 1-2 times after morning top up.
He will also drink puddle water, and bath water... he doesnt care if its clean or dirty.

the cat however we have started not filling her water side of her bowl....she didnt touch it and the dog would use it as an excuse to drink that water and then finish off her food...anyway she prefers a tea cup from my daughters tea set, or she will follow me with the dogs bowl of fresh water and have a drink of his before he's had a chance to dirty it with his manky-ness. We've also had to make sure the toilet seat is down because she will drink from the toilet (dog wont though....he draws the line ther)

My dog from when I was a kid used to bark at you for fresh water, even if had been recently replaced.

My dog was like yours and never drank water fom her bowl until one day I moved her bowl from the kitchen to the livingroom and now she'll drink from it once or twice a day! I just leave it there now.
